 I am a qualified and dedicated professional with a multifaceted skill set encompassing massage therapy and personal training. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. 

Qualifications 

1.  Sport Massage diploma (ITEC level 3) skilled in providing tailored massage treatments to alleviate stress, tension and promote relaxation and recovery.
   
2. Personal Trainer Level 3 (Level 3)  designs customized fitness programs to help clients reach their fitness aspirations as well as coaching to develop athletic performance alongside reaching individual goals and aspirations.
   
3. Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning (First Class)  from St Mary's University Twickenham
4. Emergency First Aid at Work Qualified
